Multiple layers of rich and earthy burnt sienna, ochre, and raw umber give this painting it’s sense of vibrancy and warmth. The contrasting autumnal colors were inspired by the time of year when the sun crosses the plane of the earth’s equator, making night and day equal in length. Painted on archival, heavy-weight watercolor paper, this piece has been matted and framed, and is ready to hang. Actual image size is    12″ x 15″.
