The Third Pearl Necklace

36″ x 36″, acrylic and gold leaf on canvas.

This is the third in my series of Pearl Necklace paintings inspired by one of my favorite painters, Gustav Klimt. The patterns, shapes and motifs in this piece seem to dance across the canvas and radiate with vibrant colors and luminosity. The delicate application of gold leaf adds to the glow and changes intensity depending on the lighting.

The painting wraps around the 1.5 inch sides of the canvas making it ready to hang.
